Abstarct: All on X digital model-less workflow is now feasible with the integration of interactive implant planning software, guided implant surgery, intra-oral scanning (IOS), 3D printing, photogrammetry and CAD-CAM technologies, which significantly reducing the number of appointments, chair-time and turnover time of days instead of weeks. Various digital workflows have been developed to record accurate implant positions and capture the bite for the All-on-X technique. Immediate loading can be effectively achieved through the use of prefabricated temporary paired with stackable guided surgery. This technique necessitates precise implant placement within a narrow threshold, ensuring luting of temporary cylinders to the temporary restoration. Recent advancements in 3D printing technology and nano-ceramic resin materials have opened up new possibilities for creating same-day post-surgical temporary without the need for temporary cylinders. Clinicians can fabricate highly accurate and detailed temporary that fits Multi-Unit Abutments (MUA) directly. This approach is beneficial for both freehand and guided surgical techniques.
